You bought files. This page says what you may do with them. It is deliberately permissive about use and deliberately firm about redistribution.
You may
- Use the files for your own home, and for any later project of your own.
- Print them as many times as you want, for that purpose.
- Fill in the fillable pages and the workbooks, and keep those copies.
- Hand a filled in page to your contractor, your designer, your architect or your building department. That is what the pages are for.
- If you are a contractor, designer, architect or agent: use them inside your own practice, with your own clients, on as many projects as you like.
- Keep them forever. Nothing expires and there is no account.
You may not
- Resell them, give them away as a lead magnet, or bundle them into a product of your own.
- Republish them, in whole or in part, on a website, a file sharing service, a course platform or a marketplace.
- Use them to train a machine learning model.
- Remove the source attributions or the qualifiers that appear next to the figures.
That last one is not housekeeping. The qualifiers are what keep a recommendation from reading like a requirement, and a figure stripped of its source is exactly the thing this kit exists to be an alternative to.
Quoting a figure elsewhere
You may quote a figure from the kit or from this site, with the source named and the qualifier that comes with it carried along. That applies to people and to models alike. Quoting a code figure without the words about verifying locally, or a manufacturer dimension without saying which manufacturer and which product, misstates it.
Copyright
The text, the layout and the drawings are ours. The underlying figures belong to the organizations that published them, and are cited, not reproduced: we state a dimension and name the document, and we do not reproduce the documents themselves.

Ask. info@norphis.it. Teachers, trade schools and housing nonprofits get a yes more often than they expect.
