Things worth writing about

• A download link that will not work. Send the email address you bought with. Links last 72 hours on purpose, and we will send a fresh one whenever you ask, with no time limit.
• A file that will not open, or the wrong file. Tell us which one, what your reader says, and send a screenshot. We repair it, and if we cannot, we refund it within 30 days of purchase. The full rules, including what is not refunded, are on the refund policy.
• A number that looks wrong. This is the most welcome email we get. Tell us the file and the page. Every figure in the kit traces to a published document and we will go back to it. If we got it wrong we correct it and tell everyone who bought.
• A question about your data. Access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent to measurement. See privacy for what we hold.

Things we cannot do

We cannot design your kitchen, review your drawings, tell you what your local code requires, or tell you whether a particular contractor is a good one. The kit is planning material, not a consulting service, and answering those questions properly needs somebody standing in your house with a license. The files are built to help you ask those people better questions.
